Though the silly clocks will go forward in a few weeks.
Because I also lack spring I will simply list some things.
The Premier League has prevented Russian from watching broadcasts of the world's most thrilling football. Expect the tanks to start backing out of Ukraine any day now.
I fell over a Golden Retriever in the park and had to reassure the owner that I was not hurt. Now I feel rather achy.
I have new lights in the kitchen and bathroom. They look good. The electrician was called Catalin - which makes me think of that dodgy Roman. It's like calling someone after Caligula.
I fed birds on my run in the countryside as well as in the park and in the garden. Someone had started putting seeds on the big concrete blocks near where walkers park their cars. I added to them for robins, dunnocks, chaffinches and tits.
I attended an online lecture from 5:30 to 7 and signed out early for another at 7 which then did not start. Idiots. Oh - it's just started - ten minutes late. Gary Kasparov and Sam Harris talking about Ukraine.
I have finished Vikings: Valhalla. Now desperate for the new (last) season of The Last Kingdom.
I am reading Less is More by the Extinction Rebellion guy. It is superb. I wish 'they' would act on it. I feel inclined to join XR. Especially as I am reading about activists in Richard Powers' Overstory. Not quite enough about animals.
Well, I wonder if I would be better off reading more Less is More or papers on.... something ethical... rather than listening to Gary...
No spring is not here yet. Glad you're glad about the new light fixtures.
