Buji likes to pull things off the radiator and snuggle into them. He makes a cave of the bathroom towel every day from autumn to spring equinox and often beyond. Any cloth, T-shirt or pair of pants is fair game. He leaves socks.
Still, I was impressed that he had managed to get inside this top. And how much he seemed to like wearing it.
Makes me rethink my concerns about dogs wearing coats. Maybe they like them?
I used to put a gilet or a sweatshirt on Jabi after he'd had a bath. His thick coat took so long to dry out and with the water held against his skin, he'd get cold easily. He hated having a bath, but didn't seem to mind the clothes.
Thinking about the cats and how they love to lie on the radiator or on me when I stay still long enough does make me wonder if they'd like coats.
My next-door neighbours have a Dachshund puppy. Henry is smaller than the cats. Well, his body is a bit smaller but the short legs mean he's about half the height. David was walking him the other day and he was wearing the tiniest coat. A few days before I saw dogs wearing these zip-loc jumpsuit things. Oh hoho! The pictures make me laugh - see here... and here... Oh the poor dogs - check out these... And, of course, you can get clothes for cats.
Best of all... do you think CD would like THIS???
You widen my view of the world dear Crone. BUT first of all - NO parrot suit for CD!! The coats at the links are ... colourful, for sure and almost all-encompassing, it seems, but my very fav. is Buji's yoga uniform. Ha Ha. Glad you keep your phone camera handy x
